      <image:title>About - The decision to engage in therapy isn’t always easy. It takes strength and courage. Therapy is an effort to make a commitment to yourself towards healing. Anxiety, depression and trauma can manifest in negative and uncomfortable physical symptoms, along with feelings of loneliness, sadness, irritability, worthlessness and guilt. Our past, present, and future can have a significant effect on mood, behaviors, perceptions and relationships. Ocean current’ s interactions with other currents, influence it’s direction and strength. Like the currents of the ocean, one experience, reaction, or emotion can influence another. Like the tides of the sea, there is often an ebb and flow of feelings and symptoms. These are all a natural part of life. Once we start to identify the currents and tides in our lives, we can learn how to best navigate and manage them. In doing so, we can have a healthier relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us.</image:title>
